High Performance Waterproofing
CIM high performance waterproofing is used to protect critical spaces and provides long term protection where other systems fail.
As is the case with all CIM materials, they are easily applied and provide a durable, seamless elastomeric barrier that is both UV stable and VOC compliant. With the ability to be applied directly to many substrates including asphalt, the impermeable barrier easily handles ponding water / immersion and is resistant to chemicals, strong acids, alkalis and (jet fuel). CIM systems are liquid applied and will form to irregular shaped surfaces and around penetrations.
